Booking Your Session

Once you've decided to book, Kayla will send you a link to confirm your session.

Session Breakdown: You'll receive detailed information on the number of images, gallery access, and everything included in your session.

Contract & Retainer: A simple contract to sign and a non-refundable retainer fee will secure your date on Kayla’s calendar.

Style Guide & Outfit Coordination:

After booking, you’ll get a confirmation email that includes a comprehensive style guide and access to our exclusive Style Select tool. This interactive guide and outfit coordination tool offers inspiration and assistance in selecting or purchasing outfits for your entire family, ensuring everyone looks their best.

Your Session & Beyond

  • Sneak Peek: Just 2-3 days after your session, you’ll receive a sneak peek of your photos via social media or text — your privacy is paramount, and images will only be shared with your consent.

  • Viewing Your Gallery: Within 2-3 weeks, you’ll have access to an online proof gallery. This private, password-protected gallery allows you to choose the images included in your session package and consider purchasing additional images and prints from a professional print lab.

  • Selecting Images: Your session includes 10 meticulously edited images, with the option to purchase additional images at $50 each.

The Investment

Your memories are priceless, and it's our mission to provide packages that mirror the dedication and attention to detail invested in preserving them. Sessions begin at $550, with most clients investing between $800 and $1200 in their photography journey, which includes additional images and top-tier professional wall art. For those seeking an added touch of elegance, we offer optional hair and makeup add-ons to enhance your experience.
